Are Comme Ça Skincare products really natural? 
All our products are made from only natural and plant-derived ingredients. With the utmost care, we select only the finest ingredients of the highest quality from all over the world. Almost all the ingredients that we use, are of organic origin or are wild harvested. Have a look at our ingredients page for more information about all the ingredients that we use. 

 

Are the products vegan and cruelty-free? 
Yes, all our products are completely vegan and cruelty-free. Our products are never tested on animals. This also applies to all the ingredients that we use to make our products. We only buy our ingredients from suppliers and producers who can prove that their products not have been tested on animals.

What are the payment options?

You can pay with credit card, PayPal, Klarna and iDEAL. 

 

Where can I buy the products? 
At this moment we only sell through our own web-shop. We do have plans to expand this to physical stores and other web-shops. Do you want to know where we will sell in the future? Then sign up for our newsletter for our latest updates. 

 

When can I expect my order? 
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. If you live in the Netherlands, you will receive it the next business day, with exceptions of any delays. Orders from Belgium can take a little bit longer: it may take up to 3 to 5 business days before you receive your package. What are the shipping costs? 
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium the shipping costs are € 5,00. There is free shipping on orders over € 125 euro within Europe. Do you want to know what the shipping costs are for other countries? Then go to the Shipping & Returns page for more information. 

 

Is there an expiration date on the products? 
Our products are made in small quantities to ensure that they are always as fresh as possible. The products have an average shelf-life of 24 months and 6 months after it has been opened. The exact expiration date differs per product, these are stated on the bottom of the bottles and packaging. 
 
Are the products safe to use during pregnancy? 
We believe it is very important that women can also enjoy our products during their pregnancy. That is why we have selected all ingredients with the utmost care so that all our products can be used safely during pregnancy and breastfeeding. 

 

Can I order samples of the products? 
We don’t have samples of our products. We have consciously opted for this because they are often environmentally unfriendly, and we have not yet found a sustainable way in which we can make samples without placing an additional burden on the environment. We do have mini versions of our current products. These are perfect to test the products for a while before you decide to buy the full size products. 

 

Can I return products when I purchased them through the Comme Ça Skincare webshop? 
Of course. We hope that you are very happy with our products, but if for some reason you want to return a product, you can return them, provided that all return conditions are met. Please consult the Shipping & Returns page for more information about returning products.
