My Evening Ritual for Radiant Skin and Restful Sleep

As someone who rises at 4 AM to hit the gym, my evenings are sacred. I treasure this time to unwind, nourish my skin, and prepare my mind and body for restful sleep. My evening routine for radiant skin is not just a habit—it’s a ritual that sets the tone for my entire day. Here’s how I relax and care for my skin each evening:

5:00 PM: Early dinner and winding down
I always eat dinner early, around 5 PM. This allows my body enough time to digest before bed, ensuring I wake up feeling light and energized. By 5:30 PM, I’m ready for the highlight of my evening: my bath.
5:30 PM: Preparing my skin with La Crème Cleanser
